No Truer Words: My Brutally Honest 16 Day Thrive Experience

*Disclaimer: This is an honest post and some of what I write may not be southern lady proper, but I'm putting it out there in plain language because it is what it is.... enjoy!
I haven't posted in a while because I have had so much energy to do so many other things!  I want to share my honest brutally honest 16 day Thrive experience with you.  I saw my friends, Jordan Browning and Courtney Thompson, doing this Thrive thing for nearly a year before I decided to give it a try. To be completely honest, I thought they were nuts! I thought that there was no way that something so simple could make you feel so amazing.  I teach 20 kindergarteners daily and have been on anxiety medicine since September 2015.  My job is stressful and can be frustrating at times, but I do truly love teaching.  I never had energy to do anything when I left school.  Because of the anxiety medicine, I didn't want to commit any felonies, but I wouldn't have had the energy to do so anyway.  All joking aside, the anxiety medicine works for me, but I really needed to feel HEALTHIER.  I felt sluggish, bloated, gassy, and constipated (I told you this was a brutally honest experience).  I craved junk food, and that was pretty much all I ate and drank.  I never exercised!  I slept awfully and woke up tired every morning...already looking forward to going back to bed that night.  I had to have coffee every morning...it was necessary!  No wonder I felt like crap and was tired all of the time.

My digestive system seems to be regulated and happy.  I have more energy at school, and I even have energy to do things when I leave work now.  I exercise daily because I want to!  I feel healthier!  No, I haven't lost all the weight I want to lose, but it is coming.  I FEEL GOOD!  I know that the weight loss will come because I am eating better and exercising.  I sleep like I haven't slept in a very long time.  I wake up feeling like I have slept well, and I am ready to get up and face the day every single morning now.  I can see myself (with my doctor's guidance) coming off my anxiety prescription very soon because I truly believe my body is more in sync. 

Now, I am not by nature a salesperson (I don't get into the home parties for this and that), but I am telling you...you need to try Thrive.
