I've been really busy since getting home from the beach...laundry, cleaning, studying, grad school work, etc. Anyway, I have weighed, and I haven't lost nor gained, but that's okay, I haven't really worked out any...until today! I'm considering joining the Y so that I will have to go, I mean, I'm not going to waste my money if I join. I guess it's really hard to workout at home with so many other distractions, so if anyone wants to go...let me know, God knows I could use an accountability partner as well!
I still feel absolutely amazing! I will admit that I ate a couple of pieces of Easter candy, but it honestly wasn't that great! I cannot believe the way my cravings have just gone away. I get hungry, but an apple and a little peanut butter makes a great supper for me! I can eat a little something that is healthy and fill up quickly. I'm not pigging out on junk anymore, and....wait for it....
I have not had ANY coffee or Diet Coke in 10 days! I don't even want it! It's a great feeling to wake up feeling refreshed and not needed to load up on crap like that to get through the day! If you would like to learn more, let me know!
