Today Turner and I are heading to the beach! He was a little jealous that his older brothers were going, so I decided to take a few days during Spring Break and take him too.
So...I slept great again last night and woke up feeling refreshed. I'm still not used to that; I normally have to drag myself out of bed and stumble to the coffee pot, BUT...no coffee for this chick since I started Thrive! I weighed in first thing this morning, and I'm down another 0.2 pounds (157.2 lbs.). Y'all! That is 2.6 pounds in 3 days, and the only thing I've done differently is Thrive! Imagine what will happen when the Easter downpour of 2016 stops, and I can get outside and start walking again!
So, how am I feeling? Great! I feel a lot less hungry, but I do eat when I am hungry. I find that I am eating much less when I do eat and feel full quicker. I am not craving junk food! That is HUGE for me! With all of this Easter candy in my house, I don't even want it! I have not wanted a Diet Coke or cup of coffee. All I want to drink is water, and I drink lots of it. I have not once felt jittery or light headed. When I go to bed at night, I fall asleep quickly and sleep well.
Now to finish a research data report for grad school, finish packing, and then we are outta here! Have a fabulous day!
